1. HSC800 HV Cable Stripping Cutting Folding Machine (7-in-1)

HSC800 is applied to the processing of the high-voltage coaxial cable of new energy. It can perform up to seven functions: outer jacket stripping， foil removing,shield cutting,shield flipping,shield brushing,secondary shield cutting and inner insulation stripping(also can half-stripping).It is a semiautomatic machine, easy to operate and with a user-friendly HMl.Each functional unit can be opened and closed independently, for example, it can also process cable harness without aluminum foil layer.The HSC800 has changed the original seven manual processing steps, into only one step in a fully-automatic sequence, greatly improved the production efficiency and quality, is a cost-effective solution.

2. SSC502 Dual Wire Strip Seal Crimp Machine

SSC502 is designed for processing the jacket cable and twisted cable. It integrates three functions,sealing-stripping-crimping . Each function can be selected individually.It is a semiautomatic machine. It crimps the terminal one by one and it makes the CFM work in the normal way. This machine save much time and keep stable quality due to its smart design.

3. TD330 Plugging Machine

As the fourth-generation upgraded model of the 300/310/320 series, the TD330 is specially designed for blocking holes in automotive connectors. featuring greater flexibility, speed and stability. It is perfectly compatible with standard and special plugs. Customer can choose connector automatic or manual feeding. It supports up to 8 types of blind blocks online simultaneously, greatly enhancing the flexibility of the equipment. Meanwhile, the CT of the equipment has been significantly optimized to 0.7 seconds. This design precisely meets the production demands of small batches and multiple varieties. With a single device, it can fulfill the multi-directional plugging requirements, saving the initial equipment investment for customers.
