应用

CS120 is used for full stripping,half stripping,cross-cuting,wire opening and other functions of 10-120mm² copper wires,Laser coding,ink jet marking and MES interface function are options according to customers own requirements . In addition, customers can choose Wire Stacker and Pro feeder to form a complete new energy production line.

The wire feeding adpots the method of servo motor and encoder to ensure the cutting length of the wire.The wire feeding conveys by belt clamping,which has a strong covering of the wire,little admage to the wire, and a large holding force.Stripping adopts the method of stripping knife and guiding knife to ensure the stripping quality.
