In this exhibition, Airstorm focuses on the pain points of new energy and industrial wiring harness processing, and launches three core exhibits to comprehensively cover the flexible production needs from precision small cable to HV cable, setting a new technical benchmark for the industry.
1. The 4th generation HV small cable processing platform TD-HVC600
As the "King of Efficiency" in small square wire harness processing, TD-HVC600 leverages its integrated "cutting, stripping, flipping, and crimping" process to compress the single terminal production cycle to 6-7 seconds, supporting flexible production with wire diameters ranging from 2.5-6mm². Its modular design allows customers to expand automatic wire cutting, connector assembly, and coding functions as needed, increasing changeover efficiency by 50%.
2. HV big cable processing platform TD-HVC800
In response to the big wire diameter and high precision requirements of new energy HV harnesses, TD-HVC800 innovatively achieves dual wire synchronous processing and pre-assembly technology, with a cycle time of 10-12 seconds per root. The wire diameter range has been extended to 2.5-120mm². The equipment supports the expansion of welding processes, meeting the complex processing needs of electric vehicle battery packs and charging stations, helping customers efficiently address production capacity challenges.
3. Fully Automatic X-Splice Machine AST-ZIP500 (3+2+1)
A revolutionary one-stop solution! The AST-ZIP500 integrates multiple processes such as cutting, stripping, sealing, crimping, assembly heat shrink tube, combin crimping/welding, and heat shrink treatment into a single automated process, with a cycle time as fast as 2.7 seconds. Its flexible platform design supports the crimping or welding of 2 to 8 wires in combination, completely replacing the traditional multi-device transfer mode. This saves up to 30% on labor and inventory costs, achieving three major breakthroughs for wire harness factories: cost reduction, quality improvement, and efficiency enhancement.
